This rom is successor of FLAME_ROM_003_WWE. You can download old rom at the XDA Flame page.
You should install it as usual O2 XDA Flame rom. See links at the bottom of page for more details.
DO ADDITIONAL HARD RESET AFTER FLASHING!!!
PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL ANY O2 CABS FROM EXT ROM!

*Ability to choose alternate radio driver (only for 0419 users)
*Power applet with gradient bar and percents.
*CPU speed applet (IPL still is not customized, so may be not useful)
